This Sweet 16 Pillow was a gift from the girl in the center to her best friends on either side. The photo in the center is 5" x 7" and the pillow is 18" square. It can be done in any color fabrics to match a bedroom or pick up colors in the photo. It makes a great gift for a Sweet 16!
