SHIPPING:

All items are shipped by US Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested.  Shipping prices will be quoted at time of order. Shipping time is 2-3 working days. Shipping cost start at $9.00 for one item and increase with weight and distance.

RETURN POLICY:

Items that are purchased without personalization can be returned, provided they are unopened, for exchange only.

Due to the nature of these personalized gifts, any item that has been personalized  cannot be returned or exchanged. Please make sure that the spelling of the name is correct when ordering your gift. 

GIFT WRAPPING:

All items are wrapped in clear cellophane and tied with curly ribbons that will coordinate with the gift. A gift card is attached to any gift that is sent directly the recipient. Your message will be printed on the gift card. Gift wrapping is free.
